The thing that amazed me after we paid our deposit was the customer service. I thought that once we had booked them they would just turn up on the day and do their thing. Tracey called to ask if we would like to have a quick catch up and go through our choices. We chose backgrounds for the photos to match our English/Portuguese fusion, backdrops of countries we have visited together, some funny in-jokes too. Tracey is very professional and also a bundle of fun, she helped us with the wording for the print outs and we were gifted this fab book with all the copies of the photos and little messages which was so amazing to see what everyone was up to.
